| 摘 要： | 缩小贫富差距,使更多的人享受到发展的成果,兼顾效率和公平,是构建和谐社会的关键所在.认为职工持股制度的运作机制一方面可以调动企业职工的积极性,提高生产效率;另一方面又可以使普通职工更多地享有企业发展的成果,促进分配公平,因此是一个能够把公平和效率结合起来,促进社会和谐的重要举措. |

| Abstract: | It is key to construct harmonious society that to reduce the gap between the rich and poor,to let more people enjoy the achievement of development and to consider efficiency and justice.It is contended that the workers holding stock system,one side,can arouse the productive initiative of workers and improve production efficiency;on the other side,can let more common workers share the achievement of the enterprises development and enhance the justice of income distribution.Accordingly,the workers holding stock system is approved as an important measure to construct harmonious society by combining efficiency and justice. |
