| 摘 要： | 以中港二航路桥建设有限公司集中采购为案例,结合公司生产经营特点和采购管理现状,对其实现集中采购的可行性,以及实施集中采购的策略进行了分析,认为以公司为采购决策中心的集中化采购在一定范围、一定条件下实施是可行的,并提出了公司在工程承包中实施集中采购的基本思路。
