东部沿海地区农业保险发展现状特点评析

农业保险作为一种支农政策的创新，越来越引起中央政府和理论界的重视。选取东部沿海地区（山东、江苏、上海、浙江、福建、广东）六省市作为研究对象，分析了近五年来东部沿海六省市农业保险发展现状，发现东部沿海地区农业保费增速低于全国平均水平、农业保险与地方经济发展不相适应、内部发展不均衡等问题，并就其发展特点进行了评析和总结。
