| 摘 要： | 研究目的:耕地后备资源开发整理中如何进行地类与区域投资决策;研究方法:运用数学理论与实证相结合的方法;研究结果:确定江苏省耕地后备资源地类和区域投资决策时序;研究结论:利用经济效益划指数来确定土地开发整理的地类、区域投资决策时序是切实可行的方法,但对生态、社会效益的分析有待进一步加强.

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to study on decision making in classification of land exploitation and reconsolidation and regional investment. Mathematic theory in combination with practice was employed. The results demonstrated the temporal order of exploiting different categories of cultivated land reserve and temporal order of regional investment. It is quite feasible to determine the sequence of exploitation and regional investment through economic benefit index. However, the analysis to the social and ecological benefit needs to be strengthened. |
