企业人力资源外包——定价策略和收益分析

摘    要:本文在阐述人力资源外包的概念、外包的动力及作用等基础上,对企业人力资源外包成本和收益决策进行了详细的分析和讨论。本文认为,人力资源外包收益的获得不仅体现在外包价格和外包监控成本之上,也同企业外包后由于人力资源服务水平的提升带来的收益增加和/或其他方面的成本降低相联系。因此,系统地分析并考虑人力资源外包后的整体优势,通过科学的人力资源规划和有效的员工激励来促使生产率提升将会是企业提升人力资源外包总体收益的关键所在。

Abstract:This paper makes detailed analysis and dis- cussion on the costs and benefits of Enterprise HR Outsourc- ing Managed Service,on the basis of concept,incentive and function of HR Outsourcing Managed Service(HROMS). The benefits of HROMS do not only lie on the price and mo- nitoring cost of outsourcing service,but also are related to the added income due to the improvement of HR service and/ or reduced costs due to other reasons.Thus the systematic analysis and consideration of overall advantages of HR out- sourcing,as well as the productivity motivated by scientific HR planning and effective employee motivation are key to the increase of overall benefits of Enterprise HROMS.
