| 摘 要： | 论文简要概述了我国渔港建设与发展的状况,通过分析当前渔业防灾减灾面临的形势和渔船安全技术状况,以及我国海洋渔船发展状况,探讨了提升渔船减灾能力对渔船发展的要求,建议尽快编制国家渔船发展规划、制定《渔船法》,加大对发展现代海洋渔船的支持力度。
