基于MBO视角下的酒店实习过程管理

该文着重选取有关国内酒店实习过程管理方面的各种文献，从酒店实习期间矛盾冲突问题的处理方式、酒店实习效果的监控问题等不同角度，参阅目标管理等有关管理理论，小结近年来国内学术界在管理酒店实习方面所取得的学术成果。文章既强调学界在这些问题分析中已达到的深度，又尽量客观公允地发掘一些值得思考的研究空间，力图为该问题后续的深入研究工作，提供一个可供审视的路径平台。

Hotel Practice Process Management under the View of MBO

This article selects the related literature in domestic hotel practice process management,from different angles such as the way of solving contradictory problems in hotel practice period,the hotel practice effect monitoring and so on.Then the article summarizes the academic achievement in recent years' hotel practice management based on the related management theory.The article both emphasizes the depth the academe has reached and as far as possible objectively and fairly excavates the research space which is worth pondering.For the sake of the problem's being thoroughly researched,the article tries to provide a platform.
