| Abstract: | The mathematical statistics is separated not only from the mathematics but also from a lot of material subjects. Under the frame of dialectical logic the mathematical statistics is built into an united and independent statistics. In order to develop this statistics continuously, the continuous application of the dialectical logic and the mathematics is completely necessary. |
