In the advent of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy,more and more group companies realize the importance of mergers and acquisitions for enterprise development,and participate in mergers and acquisitions.MA calls one after another.However,there are some successful cases and failure cases.In MA cases,the integration is the key element to success,enterprises should pay attention to this critical point in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.This study analyzes the general and special problems existed during MA for large grouped companies through a large number of cases,some key integration problems to which should be pay more attention are proposed for MA in global economic environment.
