| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the principles and key dements of benefit distribution in dynamic alliance, pointing out the importance in the course of allianee set - up and operation. Then it analyses the proportion of distribution in dynamic allianee with the evaluation model. The findings indicate that the best method of benefit distribution. Supported by a simulating example. |
