| 摘 要： | 本文应用新文化经济学和文化成本理论,对皖北地区农民收入偏低、增幅偏缓进行分析,提出思想观念文化、科学技术文化、制度文化对皖北地区农民增收具有重要意义,通过对皖北地区农民增收的文化成本审视,得出区域文化成本调控的主体和途径。
