| 摘 要： | 运用经济手段解决城市垃圾问题具有独特的优越性,但其终极目的仅仅在于保护环境,而不是筹资；经济手段的影响非常复杂,在设计上必须考虑许多细节问题,并进行事前和事后的评价；在城市垃圾控制上,经济手段并非是万能的,而是有其局限性和适用范围。

| Abstract: | There are unique advantages if city rubbish is disposed by economic means with the intension of protecting environment,not raising funds.Economic measures will have a great impact so that the details of each problem cannot be ignored when they are designed. Evaluation in advance and assessment afterwards should be carried out.As for the solution to city rubbish problem,economic measures are not omnipotent but have their limitations and application range. |
