循环经济的物质与非物质循环实现途径研究

循环经济是通过自然资源的低投入、高利用和废弃物的低排放，使经济活动按照自然生态系统的规律，重构物质循环流动过程，其本质是一种生态经济，是对传统线性经济的革命。文章首次提出基于循环经济的循环由物质循环和非物质循环构成。并分别对物质循环中产品、企业、产业、市域、区域、国家和全球层次的循环以及非物质循环中意识思维链循环、价值导向链循环、知识创新链循环、信息传递链循环、产业结构链循环进行了分析，提出了描述各循环间关系的“四层说”。
