| 摘 要： | 列宁的新经济政策是对马克思、恩格斯关于建设社会主义理论的创造性发展,它是列宁在当时经济文化落后的俄国的一种改革运动,实质上是以社会主义体制与资本主义市场经济相结合的一种“混合”经济的创造性实验.
