| Abstract: | First,the merits of venture capital syndication are analyzed in this paper. Then,from the view of asymmetric information,the theory and method of information economic are applied to analyze adverse selection and moral hazard on the process of venture capital syndication. And finally,countermeasures and advice are put forward to resolve these problems. |
