| 摘 要： | 本文认为,建设东北亚物流中心是由韩国首先提出的,其模式经历了从竞争模式到合作与竞争模式的转变。东北亚物流中心的建设是适应国际航运市场变化、区域经济一体化和环境保护的需要,能够实现区域内资源在空间上的互补,节省成本,避免物流设施的供过于求。在此过程中,政府、行业物流协会和企业都能起到积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The authors put forward that cooperation plays an important role in the construction of logistic center in North-East Asia.Process of Logistic center construction in North-East Asia is the process of integrating cooperation with competition.The authors point out that regional economic integration and changes in world trade structure will lead to imbalance in resource space complementarity.To decrease cost,expand trade and avoid crises of "supply exceeding demand",strengthening cooperation in logistics in North-east Asia is be of great significant. |
