| Abstract: | Taking the translation from Chinese to English as an example, this paper illustrates the view that Chinese translators should, and can both translate foreign languages into Chinese and Chinese into foreign languages, from the universality of the translation theory, the choice of translation materials, translation process, China English and social demands for translation. |
