| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析独立董事背景对公司经营业绩的影响发现,独立董事的教育背景对公司业绩有正面的影响.同时,有政府背景和银行背景的独立董事比例越高,公司经营业绩越好.独立董事兼职公司个数与公司绩效线性相关,独立董事的社会资本与公司业绩成倒U型关系,相关专业经验与企业绩效正相关.
