河北省冶金矿山行业税费负担研究及建议

近年来铁矿市场价格持续走低,各类税费成本已占生产经营成本的1/3左右,冶金矿山企业特别是中小铁矿企业挣扎在生死线上。以河北省为例,基于冶金矿山税费构成现状分析,提出以合理、公平、区别对待原则调整和完善税费政策的建议。

Study on Tax and Fee Burden of Hebei Metallurgical Mining Industry and Its Suggestions

In recent years, the market price of iron ore has continued to fall, the cost of all kinds of taxes and fees has occupied about a third of the cost of production and operation, and metallurgical mining enterprises especially small and medium-sized iron ore enterprises have been struggling on the line of life and death. Taking Hebei province as an example, based on the analysis of the present situation of metallurgical mining tax and fee, this paper puts forward the suggestions to adjust and perfect the tax and fee policy in terms of the reasonable, fair and distinction principles.
