| 摘 要： | 临床护理管理是护理管理的主要组成部分,随着医学模式的转变,社会对护理人才的要求也越来越高,当前的临床护理管理方法已经不能满足这个职业的需求。因此一种新型的管理方法随之产生——目标管理方法,本文就目标管理方法在护理临床管理中的应用作以阐述。

Therefore, a new management method emerged, that is target management method. This article expounds the application of target management in improving clinical nursing management. |
