海原县水土保持国策宣传教育开展情况浅析

通过开展水土保持国策的宣传教育活动,提高了社会各界对水土保持工作的关注度,使广大群众认识到保护和合理利用水土资源、预防和治理水土流失的重要性、紧迫性,强化了政府及相关部门和社会责任感及水保生态意识,水土保持配套法规体系管理制度逐渐完善、水土保持监督管理机构履行职责能力逐步提高、水土保持监督管理工作不断规范、生产建设项目水土保持方案申报率、实施率和验收率正在提高,水土保持"三同时"制度得到深入落实,新《水土保持法》得到较好地宣传和贯彻实施。
