大学生“四位一体”课外辅助培养模式实证研究

摘    要:近年来大学生课外辅助培养一直受到政府、高校、社会大众的关注。文章利用市场调研中问卷调查和专家访谈的方式从"人格、素质、知识、能力"四方面对大学生课外辅助培养模式现状进行实证分析,最后结合大学生期望对其进行系统化整合,得出一套合理、系统、有效的课外辅助培养模式。

Abstract:In recent years, the extracurricular supplementary training of college students has been concerned by the government, universities and the public. Through questionnaires and interviews with experts, this article carries on empirical analysis of the current situation of the extracurricular supplementary training of college students from four aspects "personality, quality, knowledge and ability". Finally, combined with college students' expectation, systematic integration is done to the training mode to draw a set of reasonable, systematic and effective extracurricular supplementary training mode.
