基于语音识别的综采自动化远程控制系统研究

摘    要:现有综采自动化工作面远程操作,基本就是将相应设备的控制延伸到监控中心,通过操作台的按钮实现远程的控制,这样的方式可以满足一般工作面的需要,但是对于高产量的工作面来说,将无法进行有效及时的人工干预,容易造成控制响应时间长、时效性差,还容易发生误操作、增加了安全隐患和煤炭损失等问题。本文针对上述问题提出一种基于语音识别的远程控制技术。试图在综采工作面单机设备自动化基础上,以语音识别为着力点,设计了综采自动化工作面语音远程控制系统模型,力争实现在顺槽监控中心通过语音对综采设备进行集中自动化控制,从而提高工作面自动化、信息化水平。

Abstract:The existing remote operation of mechanized mining face is to control the corresponding devices in the monitoring center. By using the button control of the work station, this way can meet the needs of the general mining face, but for high-volume face, it will not be able to make human intervention effectively and timely, and is easy to lead to problems like long control response time and poor timeliness, and is also prone to misuse, which increased security risks and the loss of coal. Based on the problems above, this paper presents a remote control technology based on speech recognition, trying to relay on the stand-alone device of mechanized mining face, take speech recognition as the focal point to design voice remote control system for the mechanized mining face, and strive to achieve mining devices remote control in the monitoring center with the help of voice. It will improve the automation and informationization level of mechanized mining face.
