新形势下加强施工企业党建工作的实践与思考

随着社会改革和企业改革的不断深入,市场竞争日趋激烈,施工企业的竞争压力越来越大,企业党建工作也面临着很多新的挑战。本文以笔者所在单位党组织为实例,分析了新形势下施工企业党建工作存在的现状与共性问题,梳理了出现的新情况与新特点,并结合自身实践与思考,着重探讨了如何创新方式方法有效开展党建工作,充分发挥党建工作作用,切实推动实现企业科学发展。

The Practice and Thinking of Strengthening the Construction Enterprise Party Construction Work under the New Situation

Along with the social reform and enterprise reform deepening, and the fierce market competition increasing, the competition pressure of construction enterprises is higher and higher, and the enterprise party construction is faced with many new challenges. Taking the author＇s unit party organization as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and the common problems of the construction enterprise party construction under the new situation, combs the emergence of new situations and new characteristics, and combined with the practice and thinking, emphatically discusses how to approach to innovation method to effectively carry out the party construction, fully give play to the role of party construction, and effectively promote and realize enterprises＇ scientific development.
