对加强行政事业单位国有资产管理的认识

改革开放以来,我国行政事业单位的国有资产管理虽然取得了很大成绩,但仍存在一些突出问题,如管理观念滞后,法制观念不强,管理制度和手段落后,资产配置不合理,使用效率不高等等。为此,要尽快制定和完善一些与其配套的资产管理规章制度,强化对财务会计基础的管理,将资产处置收益的管理和使用纳入规范管理的轨道,进一步强化资产管理的法律意识。

ON Strengthening the State-owned Assets of Governments Departments and State Institutions

Since reform and opening up, the management of state-owned assets of government departments and state institutions have had great achievement. However, some prominent problems are still existed, such as the underdeveloped management ideas, underdeveloped management institution and methods, and so on. Therefore, we should improve the corresponding management institutions, and strengthen the sense of assets management.
