活化民营企业内源融资的法律研究

现实中,我国民营企业的融资难,固然首先表现在民营企业的外源融资困难方面,但同样、且更为深刻地表现在民营企业的内源融资困难上。鉴于目前理论界和实业界均把关注的焦点集中放在化解民营企业的外源融资难上,所以本文仅从法律的视角提出几点化解民营企业内源融资困难的对策建议。

In the reality, the non-state-owned enterprises have difficulty in financing, reflecting in the difficulty of external financing and furthermore, in the internal financing. The theory research field and the industry and commerce field focus on the solution to the external financing, and so this article gives some advice on the solution to the internal financing from legal ankle.
