POS交易费均衡分析及其政策含义

随着我国电子商务的迅猛发展,信用卡和POS自动售货系统已经在我国商业领域得到了广泛应用。针对电子支付系统尤其是POS系统接入定价原理及政策的研究已经迫在眉睫。本文结合POS系统的交易流程以及形成均衡交换费的讨价还价博弈,得出影响POS交易系统均衡交换费的关键因素,并在国际比较的基础上,提出改善我国POS支付系统运行绩效的对策性建议。其结果对于我国电信产业形成互联互通的有效市场竞争局面也具有一定的参考价值。

Equilibrium Analysis of Interchange Fees in POS and Policy Implications

With the rapid development of electronic commerce in China,Credit card and POS transaction system has gained its popularity in commercial fields.It's urgent to study access pricing mechanism and policy of electronic payment system especially of POS system.We first analyze the transaction process and the bargaining game which lead to the equilibrium of interchange fees,then we get the determinants affecting the equilibrium interchange fees.Based on international comparison,we finally advance some suggestions on polices that can improve the performance of POS industry in China.Besides,the main conclusions on access pricing are also helpful to establish an efficient competitive market for telecom industry in China.
