我国价格支持政策对粮食生产的影响研究

文章利用2004年和2006年稻谷主产地区样本数据,运用倍差分析方法,着重考察了价格支持政策对稻谷生产的影响,研究发现,没有证据表明价格支持政策对稻谷面积扩大带来明显的激励作用,而且还存在较低的成本有效性（有着较大的成本节约的空间）;现存耕地面积、有效灌溉比重和农业劳动力数量会在一定程度上影响稻谷生产。为此,本文提出,要坚定不移地保持耕地面积不减少,加强以农田水利为重点的农业基础设施建设,推进农业社会化服务体系长足发展。

Effect of Price Support Policies on Grain Production in China

This paper examines the effect of price support polices on grain production with samples of rice production areas through 2004-2006 based on Difference-in-difference Estimation.The findings show that there is no evidence of significant impact of price support policies on rice production land acreage with low cost effectiveness(more room for cost saving),that existing acreage of cultivated land,the proportion of effective irrigation and agricultural labor force affect rice production to some extent.We then propose to maintain steadfastly the acreage of cultivated land,to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,and to promote the division of labor in agriculture.
