新疆中小企业创新绩效的软环境影响因素研究

中小企业不仅是市场经济发展的重要组成部分,而且以其富有生机的创新活动成为经济增长的重要力量,其创新绩效显著地受区域创新软环境的影响.本文将创新软环境划分为五个维度,运用结构方程模型探讨了社会文化、政府服务、市场环境、教育科技和金融服务对新疆中小企业创新绩效的影响.研究结果显示,政府服务、社会文化、教育科技对新疆中小企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,而市场环境和金融服务的影响却不显著.

A Study of Affecting Factors of Soft Environment of Innovation Performance of SMEs in Xinjiang

The SMEs are not only an important part of developing market economy but also an important force for economic growth with its vibrant innovation activities, whose innovation performance is significantly affected by the soft environment of the regional innovation. Dividing soft environment of innovation into five dimensions, this paper employs of the method of structural equation model to explore the influence of social culture, government services, market environment, educational technology and flnaneial services on the innovation performance of SMEs in Xinjiang. The results showed that government service environment, social cul- ture environment and educational technology had significant and positive effect on innovation performance of SMEs in Xinjiang, while the effect of market environment and financial services is not significant.
