| 摘 要： | 文章根据文献和统计数据，研究重构了县域社会经济综合发展水平的评价指标体系，并提出经济发展、产业结构、社会保障、生活水平、创新水平、生态环境是县域社会经济综合发展水平的六个主要因子，其中经济发展是主导因子。通过空间分析。进一步研究发现浙江县域社会经济综合发展水平呈现集聚的现象，整体水平呈现东北方向上高于西南方向上的趋势，并形成以杭州-宁波连线的热点聚集区，衢州-苍南连线的冷点集聚区。

| Abstract: | According to literature and statistical data, the paper reconstructes the evaluation system of comprehensive eco- nomic and social development level in Zhejiang Province and puts forward that economic development, industrial structure, social security, living standards, innovation level and ecological environment are the main indicators with the economic devel- opment as the leading one. By spatial analysis it finds the agglomeration phenomenon presented in comprehensive economic and social development, and the overall level in northeast is higher than that in the southwest. The areas along Hangzhon and Ningbo are the hot spots, while areas ahmg Quzhou and Cangnan are the cold spots. |
