| 摘 要： | 由于我国财产申报制度存在的巨大缺陷,财产申报制度在我国实际上流于形式。文章主要论述了我国财产申报制度完善的设想,并对我国实行财产申报制度的有关法律的完善和协调进行了阐述,以期对我国财产申报制度的完善起到参考作用。
