高邮湖生态服务功能价值评估

综合运用生态学及经济学方法,对高邮湖的9项生态服务功能,即物质生产、供水、蓄水、行洪排涝、气候调节、蒸腾吸热、水质净化、科研文化教育和生物多样性维持等功能进行综合价值评估。结果表明,2009年高邮湖湖泊生态系统服务功能总经济价值为47.685 5亿元,其中:直接使用价值为15.221 6亿元,间接使用价值为32.463 9亿元。各生态服务功能价值占总价值的比例排在前三位的依次是行洪排涝(占26.77%)、蒸腾吸热(占24.05%)、物质生产(占14.21%),表明高邮湖湖泊生态系统在行洪排涝、蒸腾吸热、水产养殖等方面发挥着重要作用,它们是高邮湖的核心服务功能。该研究可为高邮湖的生态恢复、水资源保护与管理提供基础。

Value evaluation of ecosystem service function of Gaoyou Lake

The economic values of ecological servicefunctions of Gaoyou Lake, including materialproduction, water supply, water storage, flooddrainage, climate regulation, transpirationendothermicity, water purification, scientific andcultural education and maintenance of biodiversity, areevaluated by using the comprehensive methods ofeconomics and ecology. The results show that the totalvalues of 9 ecological service functions of Gaoyou Lakein 2009 are 47.6863 billion yuan, and the direct andindirect ones are 15.2216 and 32.4639 billion yuan,respectively. Among them, the flood drainage,transpiration endothermicity and material productionare the top 3 functions, which are 26.77%, 24.05%and 14.21% of the total values respectively. Theecological system of Gaoyou Lake plays an importantrole in flood drainage, transpiration endothermicity,aquaculture and other aspects, and they are the coreservice functions of Gaoyou Lake. This study may provide the basis for the ecological restoration, waterresources protection and management of Gaoyou Lake.
