水利工程管理单位组织文化评价指标体系构建

摘    要:水利工程管理单位组织文化对水利工程管理单位的运营管理有着重要的影响。论述了水利工程管理单位组织文化评价研究的现状,指出了构建评价指标体系的必要性。介绍了Denison和张仕璟对组织文化维度划分的结果,在此基础上,将一致性、参与性、适应性和使命组织文化特质作为一级指标,核心价值观、团队意识、组织意识、创新意识、社会责任、员工意识和目标愿景作为二级指标,构建了系统的水利工程管理单位组织文化评价指标体系,并简要介绍了水利工程管理单位组织文化评价指标体系权重的确定。

Establishment of evaluation index system fororganizational culture of water project management units

Abstract:The organizational culture of water projectmanagement units has a significant impact on theiroperation and management. The current evaluationstatus of the organizational culture of water projectmanagement units is elaborated, and the necessity ofestablishing the relevant evaluation index system isanalyzed. The dimension division results of theorganizational culture by Dension and Zhang Shijingare introduced. On this basis, the evaluation indexsystem for the organizational culture of water projectmanagement units is established by regarding theconsistency, participation, adaptability and mission ofthe organizational culture as index grade I and corevalues, team consciousness, organizationconsciousness, innovation awareness, socialresponsibility, employee awareness and objective visionas index grade II. The determination of the weights ofevaluation indices of organizational culture of waterproject management units is briefly introduced.
