| 摘 要： | 我国的B股市场于 2 0 0 1年向境内居民开放 ,这不仅对中国证券市场乃至资本市场的未来产生深远的影响 ,而且更将有利于我国经济发展和对外开放。但如果B股市场要长期存在和发展下去 ,就不仅要在政策取向上搞活B股市场 ,更重要的是要发展B股市场 ,拓展其生存空间 ,确立其特定的概念 ,并在制度上实现与国际接轨
