| 摘 要： | “十四五”是我国改革开放以来国内外形势最为复杂的五年,也是我国在百年变局之际进一步推动高质量发展的关键五年。上海将在新阶段起点上全面深化“五个中心”建设,提升城市能级和核心竞争力,加快建设具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市,形成发展新格局。

| Abstract: | The14th Five-Year Planperiod is the most complicated five years China has confronted since it adopted the Reform and Opening-up policy.It is also critical for China to further promote high-quality development facing the world's profound changes unseen in a century.At the beginning of the new stage,it is important for Shanghai to deepen the construction of theFive Centerscomprehensively,enhance Shanghai’s influence and competitiveness,and form a new pattern of development. |
