| 摘 要： | 提高农村政策性金融组织的运行绩效是中国农村金融改革的重要课题。本文基于中国农业发展银行省级分行的调查数据,运用专家打分法揭示了农发行的运行绩效,并总结了农发行省级分行的典型经验。研究表明,农发行农业贷款比例较高、对小企业支持力度不大、不良资产比例偏高;农发行总体运行绩效较差,但在区域分行之间存在明显差异;上海的风险控制型组织、湖北的管理学习型组织、新疆和天津的产业导向型组织的建设经验值得推广。

| Abstract: | Based on the data from the provincial branches of ADBC(Agricultural Development Bank of China),using expert scoring method and rough set method,this paper reveals the performance and typical experiences from provincial branches of ADBC.It Concludes that the high proportion of agricultural loans,the lower proportion of loans for small businesses,the high proportion of non-performing loans of ADBC.Overall,performance of ADBC is poor,but there are significant differences between the regional branches.Some poli... |
