城市偏向、城市化与城乡收入差距的作用机制及动态分析

本文以城市偏向、城市化与城乡收入差距的相互作用机制为理论基础,根据1978~2004年的时序数据,对三者之间的动态关系进行计量分析。结果发现,城市化与城市偏向是造成城乡收入差距扩大的原因,对城乡差距扩大产生正向冲击;城乡收入差距是城市化水平上升的原因,对城市化产生负向冲击;城乡收入差距不构成城市偏向的原因。正确认识三者关系,对于理性推进我国城市化进程,缩小城乡差距,实现城乡一体化具有现实意义。

Analysis of Mechanism and Dynamic Econometric Relationships between Urban Bias, Urbanization and Urban-rural Inequality

This study expatiates the mechanism between urban bias, urbaniza- tion and urbanrural inequality, and then analyzes the dynamic econometric relationships according to data from 1978 to 2004. Results show that urbanization and urban bias is the Granger cause to urban - rural inequality; and the impact responses are positive. Urban - rural inequality is also the Granger cause to urbanizationl it produces negative impacts to urbanization. Urban - rural inequality is not the Granger Cause to urban bias. Understanding the relationships among them correctly, We will facilitate the urbanization process reasonably, reduce the inequality and achieve the integration of urban and rural areas.
