关于我国廉租房制度建设的几点思考

"居者有其屋"是国民对住房的基本要求,本文分析和探讨了我国实行廉租房制度的社会必然性和社会意义,重点讨论了廉租房制度建设中的一些应予关注的问题。本文认为:为了解决有限的土地资源和低收入居民群体之间的矛盾,由政府制定和实施福利性质的廉租房制度、为社会低收入人群提供基本住房保障的做法是适应现阶段我国国情的。

Thinking on China low rent houses system's construction

"Every resident has his own flat" is the basic demand of Chinese people.The article analyses and reserches the social necessity and significance of implementing the low-cost flats institution in China,and emphasizes on the problems which people should concern.The article considers as the following: in order to resolve the contricts between the limited land resources and the low-income group,it is suitable to the country's recent conditions that the government works out and implement the welfare low-cost flats institution to offer the basic housing security for the low-income people.
