| 摘 要： | 基于平衡模式的物流绩效平衡记分卡是一个以物流战略为起点,包括财务、顾客、内部流程、创新与成长和社会责任五个维度的基本结构,通过指标间的各种平衡关系以及战略指标的提取体现企业不同利益相关者的期望。通过物流绩效评价可使零售企业能够准确判断物流活动对其获取竞争优势的贡献,正确把握物流绩效改进的机会。
