| 摘 要： | 虚拟经营依赖于通过资源的有效整合增强企业核心竞争力,其自身的发展要建立在高度信用的基础上.本文分别从国际化经营、信息不对称、不完全契约、交易费用和企业经营等方面论述了信用环境对虚拟经营的支持性作用,指出了信用环境建设的必要性.

| Abstract: | Fictitious operation relies on the enhancement of the core competence of corporations through effective conformity of resources and its own development should be based on good credit.The paper discusses the support of credit environment for fictitious operation from the aspects of internationalized operation,information asymmetry,imperfection contract,transaction cost and enterprise operation and points out the necessity of credit environment construction. |
