| Abstract: | In our country,the security companies are just in the working predicament.If the security companies want to get out of the working predicament,they must operate normatively.In the domain of the strategic decision,the brokerage,the investment banking,the self-support financing and the personnel management,they should operate normatively.Then they will meet the new developing opportunity in this kind of extreme predicament. |
