| 摘 要： | 我国传媒产业的资本运营是随着社会主义市场经济的建立和完善而逐步发展起来的,是媒体经营发展到一定阶段的必然现象,既有普遍性又有特殊性,既要遵循资本市场的一般规律,又要遵循社会主义新闻传媒的发展规律,所以对我国传媒产业的发展存在有利和不利的双面性。辩证地分析其利弊因素,对促进我国传媒产业的发展有着积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Our Chinese capital operation in media industry is developed progressively with the foundation and perfection of socialist market economy.It is necessary result,to some extent,followed the progress of media management.Capital operation not only has universality but also has speciality and,at the same time,it focuses not only on general law of capital market but also on the law of development of socialist news media.It has two sides of advantages and disadvantages.When analysing dialectically about these factors,capital operation has positive significance in the development of media industry. |
