| 摘 要： | 近6年来,我国房地产投资与销售增长迅猛,成为名副其实的经济支柱性产业之一,但我国房地产业的增长过分依赖银行贷款,使得2003年6月央行121号和18号文件出台后,国内房地产开发"门槛"提高,银行贷款难度加大。在这种情况下,开发商有必要积极寻找多元化的融资新渠道。
