| 摘 要： | 作为对委托代理理论研究的深化,经理管理防御对于解释企业现实投资行为提供了一个新的视角。本文通过对经理管理防御假说的提出、以及与企业非理性投资行为关系等研究成果的有机梳理,归纳出目前该领域研究的现状与存在的问题,并指出未来研究的方向。

| Abstract: | On deepening research of principal agent theory,managerial entrenchment provides a new perspective of explanation for corporate investment.Through the review on the scientific hypothesis of managerial entrenchment,and the relationship between managerial entrenchment and corporate irrational investment behavior,the research situation and the problems are analyzed,and the future research direction is indicated. |
