| Abstract: | This essag attempts to investigate the relationship between capital structure and firms' profitability.We use data from 26 firms of household appliances industry,between the period of 1999-2001 with a method of principal component analysis.The main conclusion of the study is that capital structure and firms' profitability has a positive relationship. |
