| 摘 要： | 心理资本是个体一般积极性的核心心理要素,具体表现为符合积极组织行为标准的心理状态,它超出了人力资本和社会资本,并能够通过有针对性的投入和开发而使个体获得竞争优势。对国内外心理资本的内涵、结构维度、测量及影响因素等方面已有的研究成果进行了回顾和分析。在此基础上,提出心理资本未来需要进一步研究的方向。
