| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间,我国将进入新一轮对外开放浪潮之中.从当前世界经济发展形势和我国经贸发展实际来看,与上一轮对外开放相比,我国的发展重点将集中在外贸增长方式转变、区域经济合作、服务业开放、产业国际转移、"走出去"和"引进来"并重,以及自主创新等方面,由此决定了我国新一轮对外开放的发展趋势,从而得以落实科学发展观和互利共赢的对外开放理念与战略.

| Abstract: | China will come into a new round opening-up to the outside world in the l lth Five-Year-Plan period. In view of the current economic development situation both in the world and in China, the development focuses of new round opening-up in China will be on shifting ways of foreign trade augment, enhancing regional economic cooperation,opening services industry,international industry transfer,adopting going-out and indraught strategies and encouraging innovation. All these determine the development trend of new round opening-up to the outside world so as to realize the notions and strategies of achieving mutual benefit and win-win coordination. |
