| 摘 要： | 通过结合国内牵引供电综合自动化现场教学需求，根据实际工程项目提出并设计了一种适合供电段操作和运行维护人员的教学培训系统，该方案软硬件结合，具有投资低，便于学员快速入门上岗，也便于升级换代的特点。

| Abstract: | In this paper, through a combination of domestic traction power supply integrated automation at the scene teaching needs, based on actual projects proposed and designed a power supply for operation and maintenance and operation of the teaching staff training system.The combination of hardware and software programmes with low investment ,quick start posts for trainees,and also facilitates the upgrading of the characteristics. |
