我国海洋资源开发综合效益的评价探讨

从海洋资源开发形成的产业产值效益角度，选取海米岸线产值、人均产值、占GDP比重等3个相对指标，采用均方差权重法对我国沿海备省、市区海洋资源开发的综合效益做出评价；依据沿海各省、市区海洋资源开发的综合效益评价值及排序结果，把该区划分为3种类型：。低等综合效益开发区，中等综合效益开发区，高等综合效益开发区；得出海洋资源开发的综合效益不仅与资源条件有关，还与各地的经济发展水平、人口数量及其协调程度有关等结论。

New appraisal on the comprehensive benefit of marine resources development in China

This text is in terms of benefit of output value of industry of what the marine development of resources forms,choosing three relative indexes of output value of every meter in coastal line,output value of every person,the proportion of GDP,making new appraisal to the comprehensive benefit of coastal marine development of resources of coastal resigns of our country by the methods of weight law of variance.And according to the order and the result of the appraisal to the comprehensive benefit of coastal marine development of resources of every distracts,we can divide these distracts into three kinds,namely:the developing zone of the low-lever comprehensive benefit;the developing zone of medium-lever comprehensive benefit;the developing zone of high-lever comprehensive benefit.And we draw the conclusion:The comprehensive benefit of marine development of resources not only relates to resource condition but also have something to do with the economic development level,size of population and degree of coordinating of all parts.
