粳稻谷品质指标之间相关性分析

为研究稻谷品质指标之间的相关性,本文选择100份粳稻谷样品,检测食味品质指标食味值,直链淀粉含量与蛋白质含量,质量品质指标水分、出糙率、整精米率、不完善粒、垩白、千粒重等,进行相关性分析。结果表明,食味值、直链淀粉与蛋白质、出糙率、垩白、千粒重都有显著负相关性,其中与蛋白质的负相关性最强;出糙率与整精米率有显著正相关性;不完善粒与出糙率、整精米率均呈极显著负相关;千粒重与不完善粒呈极显著负相关。各指标间存在相互联系与制约的关系,同一指标在不同范围内显示的相关性程度可能不同。

Correlation Analysis of Japonica Rice Quality Indexes

In order to study the correlation between rice quality indicators,100 samples of japonica rice were selected,and the taste indicators,amylose,and protein were measured,and the quality and quality indicators were moisture,roughness,whole rice rate,imperfect grains,chalkiness,and thousand kernel weight.For correlation analysis.The results showed that there were significant negative correlations between taste value,amylose and protein,yield,chalkiness,and 1000-grain weight,and the strongest correlation was with protein;there was a significant positive correlation between yield and polished rice rate;imperfections the grains have extremely significant negative correlation with the rate of rough and polished rice;the thousand-grain weight has extremely significant negative correlation with the imperfect grains;there is a correlation and restriction between the indicators.The degree of correlation displayed by the same indicator in different ranges may be different.
